RMS CET 2026-27 Successfully Conducted
The Common Entrance Test for Class 6 and Class 9 admissions (session 2026-27) was held on December 7, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM across exam centres.

• No negative marking — attempt every question.
• Must score minimum 50% in Paper I AND 50% in Paper II separately.
• Interview carries 50 marks — higher than Class 6 (20 marks).
• All papers are in English only.
• All 5 RMS schools are fully residential — boarders only.
Eligibility Criteria — Class 9
Age: 13–15 years as on 31 March of admission year

- ✓Passed Class VIII or currently studying in Class VIII
- ✓Any recognised school
- ✓English medium residential school (boarders only)

- ℹAge relaxation: 6 months for wards of KIA personnel
- ℹGirls reservation: 10% seats across all 5 RMSs
- ℹBoarding only — no day scholars admitted
- ℹApplication fee: ₹550 general · ₹275 SC/ST
