The Bihar School Examination Board, also known as BSEB, declared the Bihar Board Intermediate Result 2026 in a big press conference held in Patna. What Are the Passing Marks in Bihar Board 12th 2026?

To pass the Bihar Board Class 12 exam, students must score at least 33% marks in each subject — both in theory (written exam) and in practical. You must also score 33% in the overall aggregate. This rule applies to all streams — Science, Commerce, and Arts.

There is also a grace marks system. If you are very close to passing, Bihar Board may give you a few grace marks. For example:

• If you fail in only one subject by less than 8%, grace marks may be given to pass
