MP Board 9th 11th Supplementary Exam 2026 Time Table has been officially released by the Lok Shikshan Sanchanalaya, Madhya Pradesh (Directorate of Public Instructions, Bhopal). If you are a student of Class 9th or Class 11th who could not pass in one or more subjects in the main annual exam 2026, or if your attendance was short, do not worry at all. The MP Board gives every student a second chance through this supplementary exam — also known as the Second Exam (Dwitiya Pariksha).  

What Is the MP Board Supplementary Exam 2026?  

If you are wondering — what exactly is this supplementary exam or second exam — let us explain it simply. Every year, MP Board conducts the main annual exams for Class 9 and Class 11 in February-March. After the results are declared, some students unfortunately do not pass in one or more subjects. Instead of making those students repeat the entire year, the MP Board gives them a golden second chance through the Supplementary Exam (also called Dwitiya Pariksha or 2nd Exam).

This exam is just like your main board exam. If you pass it, you will be promoted to the next class without losing a single year.  

 MP Board Class 9th Second Exam Time Table 2026  

The MP Board Class 9th Second Exam 2026 will be held from 3 June 2026 to 12 June 2026. The exam will be held in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Students must report to the exam centre by 8:00 AM. Entry will not be allowed after 8:45 AM.

Just knowing the date is not enough — you also need to follow the right rules on exam day. Here are the most important instructions:

•        Reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the exam starts. Entry after 8:45 AM will not be allowed.

•        Carry your Admit Card (Pravesh Patra) along with a valid school ID. Without the admit card, you will not be allowed inside.

•        Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

•        Answer sheets will be distributed at 8:50 AM and question papers at 8:55 AM (for the morning shift).

•        Write clearly using a blue or black pen. Pencil is only allowed for diagrams and maps.

•        Do not panic if you see a tough question. Attempt the easier ones first.

•        Students must not leave the examination hall before the exam ends.

MP Board Supplementary Exam 2026 — Admit Card Information

A fresh Admit Card (Pravesh Patra) is issued separately for the supplementary exam. Students cannot use their main exam admit card for the second exam. Once the board releases the supplementary admit card, students can download it from the official website mpbse.nic.in or collect it from their school.  Tips to Prepare for MP Board 9th & 11th Supplementary Exam 2026

Time is short but it is still enough if you focus. Here are some practical tips:

•        Make a subject-wise study plan based on the date sheet above. Give more time to subjects you find difficult.

•        Focus only on the official MP Board syllabus. Do not waste time on extra topics outside the syllabus.

•        Solve previous year question papers of Class 9th and 11th. This helps you understand the exam pattern.

•        Practice writing answers within the time limit — 3 hours. This improves your speed.

•        Revise all important formulas, definitions, and diagrams at least 2–3 times before the exam.

•        Take proper sleep and eat well during exam days. A healthy body performs better.
