1.     Step 1 — Get the Consent Form: Visit your school and ask your class teacher or principal for the APAAR ID Consent Form. You can also download it from the official APAAR website.

2.     Step 2 — Fill the Consent Form: The consent form needs to be filled with: Student's full name, Date of birth, Class and section, School name and code, Parent/Guardian's full name, Parent/Guardian's Aadhaar number, Relationship (Father/Mother/Guardian), and complete address.

3.     Step 3 — Parent Signs the Form: Since most school students are below 18 years, a parent or guardian must sign the consent form. This gives the school permission to create the APAAR ID using the student's personal details.
